Sticky means its always at the top of the forum page its 'stuck' on, and is highlighted in yellow. It never gets pushed down in the list of recently posted to topics.
Only applies to the forum its stuck on. So in this case, the resto forum.
A sticky opens and reads like a regular topic. There is a closed SOTY nomination topic thats also a sticky.
After Jan 5th, there will be a new poll topic started w all the confirmed (accepted) nominees. Every member can vote once in each of the 2 SOTY polls, the Resto forum and the Starcraft forum SOTYs.
The poll topics will be open for about 10days, maybe 2wks. So start looking thru the eligible builds for both SOTY and come back soon after 1/5/2017 to cast your votes.
Currently 5 of the 6 nominees have accepted their nomination. Still 4days left to finish/splash or nominate a build.
