Well, I got it on supports combining your diagram woodonglass and a few ideas I've seen on the board. I'll post pics later. I removed that rotten piece of plywood that was glassed to the deck, however, I only removed one half and the center piece. I did this so that the other side would still have some support for me to walk around on while I glassed in the other side. Once the wood I removed is replaced, I'll take out the other side and glass that in. Once it's all replaced, I'll do the stringers.

Of course, I discovered that the transom was shot today too. Denial is not just a river in Egypt. What is the order of events? Remove transom before replacing the stringers?

Yep, take out the transom first. Stirngers should tie into the transom for extra strength.
