Are there any videos on doing this?
Is it fairly straightforward?
Are there any areas of caution or pitfalls?

Thanks in advance,
Dan

Don't know if there are any vids, but it's fairly easy once ya get the end off. Getting the end off can be an issue if its corroded

I received the trim cylinder, removed the appropriate nuts and washers, and I could not get the trim cylinders loose. They seem to be binding in place. I even tapped on the pin from the opposite side, but no luck. As usual, this is not as straightforward as I thought! Any suggestions???

Support the outdrive at the skeg to take the load off the trim cylinders. Yank the cylinder off at the outer pin, then use the leverage of the trim cylinder to remove it from the lower pin.

I tried that, and every other way imaginable, but still no luck.
Just wondering if there's some kind of puller out there, that would be effective without damaging the outdrive...
