replacement part for vintage teleflex throttle

i am trying to find a replacement 'standoff' for the teleflex controls similar to the pic below- it is a 10-32 threaded brass hex-shaped standoff about 1" in length that threads into the pivot... can't seem to find one anywhere... ideas?

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... Sounds like a coupling nut,....

it's not a coupling nut, but i may have to just use one with some threaded rod as a replacement, since i am having no luck finding one
