Replace Holding Tank in 1989 Prestancia

Hi, I know this is a very old thread, but since most of it applies, so I am reviving it instead of starting a new one. I am looking at a 1989 Prestancia that has a bad tank that the owner already removed. I have been in the boat and seen where the tank belongs. He did not have anything cut out out all, there was an actual removable "hatch" under the cushions. Is anyone else's boat like this?
