I have found the bracket that holds the gear shift under the powerhead is broken so will be taking the powerhead off to replace it.

Before I tackle it does anyone have any hints or tips to save me some pain?

I have a manual that states there are 10 bolts and 2 nuts to remove. 6 long bolts, 2 medium and 2 short. I can only locate the 6 long bolts and 2 medium. Does any one have a diagram of where the bolts are located as mine is pretty average. I believe this engine is the same as the 150Hp in the states.

For the record I located the remainng two bolts at the rear of the power head. Removed all of these bolts a couple of wires and cables and the power head came off quite easily to my surprise, although the gasket at the base is buggered so have ordered a new one and it is the same part as for the 150Hp.
