removing my motor?????????

i have a chevy 350, its hooked up to a omc cobra outdrive. how hard is it to remove the motor? what do i do in order to disconnect the outdrive?

remove the 6 nuts holding the unit on and pull off,remove the 2 rear mounting bolts, the lags from the front mounts, all extras like hoses, cables, exaust hodses,etc and lift straight up and out.
