I have a Transdapt oil filter relocation adapter ( filter side ) for a Ford which I will probably never use and is brand new. Will it work with the Sierra marine fuel/ water seperator cartridge # 18-7919? It has std Ford 3/4-16 filter thread but I can't find what threads the Sierra cartridge are.

Howdy,

Chances are that filter adapter is for a standard oil filter thread. Like the following.

You're probably going to have to find a filter that matches the adapter you have.

Baldwin does have a searchable catalog with all sorts of specifications.
