remonte to tiller conversion

Hallo
was wondering if any one knows a good site( beside ebay) to find a used tiller handle for a 20 hp merc. buddy of my gave me his old motor , but to make it work on my 12 ft aluminum i have to convert it to tiller setup.

From my point of view it is cheaper and safer to put in steering and buy short cables for the remote.

20 hp on a 12ft. I think you might be over powered.

ya i know 20hp is bit much... i'm in the proces of reinforcing transom. my 8hp honda wont plane this thing with 2 ppl, so this one is my other option...
