Hey yall, i know that i have a livewell timer problem, but on my 1990 astro fsx, there is a relay under the dash that is "clicking" when the master power switch is on. Combine that with no switches working on the starboard side of the dash. Are they related in any way?

There are 4. What i thought was a relay has 5 prongs, but only 4 were used. It had two wires doubled together on one, a red, an orange, and a black.......

What you describe would be consistent with a relay.

By "Clicking" do you mean it clicks repetitively as long as the ignition is ON?
Or it clicks once when you power the ignition and un-clicks when you turn it OFF?

What functions are on the switches that do not work?

you proberly have one switch labeled master or power that has to be turned on first. this switch should be fused near the battery.
At the top of the forum is a sticky that shows you how to test for the problems you are having with a volt meter

That part i am unsure of. I do know that my livewell timer makes it click faster when i turn it up.....after the master switch is turned on. Just turning the master switch on it just steadily starts clicking.....?

thats the timing relay for the livewell which should shut off by a switch or by turning the timer dial all the way to anti clockwise.
