Hi every one
I have a question. I bought the boat and registered on a daddy's name, so he the owner. Can I take ride without owner? or he should be always on the boat, when boat on the water? And what can happen if the police stops me?

how old are you? Also keep in mind the registered own is usually going to be responsible for damages in addition to yourself if something happens.

good to go! the reason i asked age is most/all states have some age restriction, most are dependent on boat &/or engine size. (and yeah, at 26, no worries!)

Take dad with you though...doesn't matter how old you are, there nothing better than fishing with dad. I wish I had the opportunity to go just one more time..
