I got this boat dirt cheap.
It sat 16 years.
the transom had an aluminum C channel half covering it. waterlogged inner wood and (%90)completely rotted.
I have gotten mostly all rotted wood out. Was like sawdust. Used a skinny pipe hooked to shop vac

Anyways there is *intact* wood still down at the bottom, HOW DO I REMOVE IT? without cutting and destroying the fiberglass shell its in.
im no boat expert. nor big pockets. hence old free boat with handy work to fish out of it when done.

I thought about flipping it and laying under it to gouge it all out with a bar. but my back hurts have no help.

are you using a pourable material like seacast? if so, then use a chainsaw to get the remainder of the mulch out

if not, you need to cut some of the hull away Also, if the transom is gone, the flotation foam is also saturated, and the wood in the side boxes is rotten.
