Yeah it does look like since it’s down in that recess someone has a sense of humor… work it back with two flat heads . If you can get one leg of it out of the groove even if you bend or break the clip.My friend the e clip is what im looking for help on. If that was off My boat it would be stripped bare quickly. Yeah thanks for the reply my friend I finely got it. Turns out on that wheel assembly the back has to be taken apart. I was tearing the whole thing apart anyway.Took my sawsall to the pedistal. Then fipped it over so I could see who made it. So now I can finish removing the floor. thought I would wire brush everything on the inside and use gluvit on all the Rivits and seams. then replace the floor. With 3/4 marine plywood. coated well with the old timers formula. I will post with pictures. I will be honest the gentlman on here who did the 19foot rebuild gave me the template. I work at Boeing so I'm good with aluminum and rivets. Thank YouYeah it does look like since it’s down in that recess someone has a sense of humor… work it back with two flat heads . clips are cheap from McMaster carr or fastenal like place, so bend it etc to get it out of the groove. Looks like the factory didn’t plan on taking it back apart
