I also recently acquired a Sea Ray with this very same motor. The block was cracked and has to be replaced. Have you gotten yours up and running? Does it run well? Or should I use this opportunity to trade up to a better motor??

Yes, it's a 351 Windsor, 'n Nope, there really ain't another Up-grade motor that'll fit,...
