Ranger 12' cracks?

I took all the hardware, benches, and gunwales off my Ranger 12 to clean it up and repaint it. It was green and there were many runs so I sanded it down and decided to switch to the original blue and red.

Now that I've got 1-2 coats on the hull, I'm seeing many places with concerning cracks. They aren't just superficial because I can feel them and they are still very visible after 1 coat (2 in some places). I'm not sure if they were always there or if I caused them when I flipped the boat over without the support of gunwales and benches. I think they actually were there but just weren't visible against the old dark green. I also have noticed a couple of these inside along the benches.

I was sailing this boat last summer just fine so I'm wondering how (or if) to proceed.

Options:

• Ignore them, they are fine! (I was sailing this boat last summer)
• Suck it up, grind, re-glass, re-fair, re-paint. It's worth fixing, but if I ignore them I'll be sorry.
• This is a job for an expert, call around and find a pro to fix it
• The hull is toast (or tracking down and fixing all the cracks will be a big messy project with uncertain results), time to get a new boat!

Looking at the crack without context is meaningless.

Step back 15 feet and take the pick with the whole hull.

The issue is the ranger is a low-end fiberglass bass boat with a design life of 15 years. So depending on how the boat was treated, could be signs of other structural issues.

4 photos attached. I'm curious what things I should look for that would indicate bigger structural issues. There isn't anything especially obvious to my eye but I'm definitely not an expert.

Also, is the reason why such obvious cracks might be perfectly fine just because there are multiple layers of fiberglass and cracks typically wouldn't go all the way through? If I do proceed, should I at least intentionally fill the cracks with paint as much as I can?
