quicksilver remote id. throttle only button dosnt function

hi everyone new to the forum . ive been boating all my life and love it. need some help! 1987 baja twin gm 454 mags w/alpha 1 outdrives quicksilver remote. throttle only on starboard side not working. posted some pictures hope someone can identify unit or advise on repair. i cant seem to find any identifying numbers on it. i would like to get a repair manual for it if possible has trim in handle. appears to be two of the same control units just inverted and attached together. round button wont push in for throttle only.

there used to be a kit for that very reason but is NLA, may have to replace the control box.

The shaft on the button may just need to be lubed, happened to me. Good luck

There used to be a link to the controls, but it is gone, maybe someone has one. Anyway it has been forever since I had mine apart, but as I recall if you look at your drawing #27 is your shaft, and when you push the button in that little ball 22 is pushed into the narrow part of the shaft 27 and pin 23 slides and unlocks the gear 21 from the shaft, and the shift cable, so the throttle works, but it does not shift. Anyway that is based on a very hazy recollection LOL. If you pull the handle off you may be able to access that shaft enough to get it cleaned up to where you can use it. I will see if I can dig up a manual. Good luck
