Quicksilver 3000, repair/replace?

Can anyone tell me if there is a good replacement for the quicksilver 3000 control with power trim? It has always been really clunky to operate. While trying to diagnose a switch problem I broke the neutral button. I cant seem to find any repair parts for this thing. Do they exist? My boat is a 95 Bluewater 4.3L. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

It should be here someplace, look under commander 3000, and modular components: http://www.mercruiserparts.com/selectDocs.asp?doc_nbr=889892 If it is the throttle only button it may just need to be lubed.

Yeah, I don't like that Quicksilver model either.

I replaced my old OMC control with a Teleflex CH-1700
