Question about remote fuel connection on 2003 4HP/4 Stroke

I have a 2003 4hp/ 4 Stroke and want to purchase a 3 gallon remote fuel tank. Do the new tank hoses with siphon bulbs fit the 2003 connection on my engine or do I have to have it changed out?
