Usually 3-6 people are in the boat when we feel this.

I don't have a tower yet I get the same feeling when turning sharp at 20 isn MPH.
I get what your'e saying when you say you can touch the water without leaning over. My wife craps herself when I turn like that and she always say's "it's gonna flip" !
Now you've got me wondering as I always tell her "don't be so silly"
Maybe I'll slow down a bit...
