I have a 1989 Mastercraft TriStar 190 and a trailer, all four of the bunks are rotten out, two of the bunks are over 11 ft. long and are curved, they are held in place at four points about 4 ft. apart. Can I carpet the new pressure treated 2X4s and force them into the brackets to make the curve?

Yes you can. Select straight boards from the pile when you buy them so you are not fighting the wood any more than necessary. Use clamps to hold the wood in place before you fasten it. Don't rely on the fasteners to shape the wood, the clamps are a must until the fasteners are secure.
