No purple heart FR but after the incubation period had passed I would usually great them at sick call with about one million units of penicillin..If I was in a good mood i would let them hold the syringes till they thawed out..<br /><br />Then there were times when ole doc didn't.. :D <br /><br />Thanks GG and OB.

I can't say what is right under these conditions as while I served I was never under fire, but I think the miltary needs to be more careful in the future as it, it is a very important medal. Also I have alway found it amazing in the past to see officers awarded Medals that should have went to the dog face that earned them--Bob
