Puddle Jumper, you flooded out?????

Hey PJ, did you get flooded out
(I finally got to watch the news this morning),
Port Hardy and Port Alice sure got hit hard as did the north end of the island and mainland.
Even the area's around Bella Coola and up the precipes to Anehim lake got hit bad, roads closed and major slides, WOW.

This is Noah's ark reporting in. Were a little wet behind the ears but the webbed feet are starting to heal. All of the animals have there life jackets on including the frog.

We are very lucky all around us had flooding but our town is on a hill and no creeks running through it. Man did it rain some said that they have never seen it this bad. All of the rivers around us were well above there banks. I guess its what happens when you live in a rain forest.

RBH did you guys get hit with the rain up there?

Yes it was moist around here thursday friday and saturday, today no clouds, but tommorrow looks wet followed by sun I hope.

We were told today that over the 2 day period it rained 16 inches. Wow that's a lot of rain even for here.

Our companies work the west cost a lot. They went up in a plane yesterday to see the damage. They stopped counting at 150 slides and not one bridge was left. There is talk that it may be too expensive to go back.

So how,s the great white north treating you.

As of 1800 tonight, jobs on hold till a certain XXXXX gets around to playing ball.
Just trying to figure out if I keep both trucks up here, or just one (maybe none).
But my wager on this bet would be there will be no substantial work for at least two-three months and we have another contract waiting for us at home.
Do not want to miss out on an opportunity, BUT!

Ya theirs lots of those kinda companies out there.Come on up and do the work but we can't pay you. Some of them seem to think that they have you when you have that far to travel. Don't let yourself be tricked and not paid.
