Proper Prop?

I have a 2005, 25 hp Johnson, model J25TESO. I want to get a new prop, but have not seen one that is the same as what the dealer installed. It came with a 10.3 x 12 ( stamped on prop). This motor is on a 15' DuraCraft Jon boat. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the prop that I need. The wife says that I can get it for X-mas if I can get her the information. <br />Thanks for all help.<br />Michael

If you are expecting a performance increase or are trying to correct for a performance issue, you need to know what the current maximum speed, maximum wide open throttle rpm is and whether or not that is at the maximum recommended rpm range for the engine.
