Prop for Merc

I have a 4.25m stessl edgetracker running a 48 73136A40 13 prop and getting around 3200 rev at about 45km is that about right or do i need to change props

What motor ?---Is motor tested / proven to be in good condition?

yes all good condition 50hp 2005 but i thought i would get more revs out of it 3200revs is it

Boat weighs about 310 lbs.
Looks like what used to be called a car topper
Is just shy of 14ft
Is rated 40hp Max.
45kmh is about 28mph, which appear a bit slow for a 14ft with a 50, we used to get better than 30 with a crank rated 35hp on a 14 ft
Rpms are low, but maybe the Tach is not set correctly...
Again, what condition is the Motor in, compression Numbers?
Are all Cylinders Firing? Are all getting Fuel?
Are the Carbs opening Fully as the Throttle Lever is pushed to Max?

My 16' at 650# does 31 mph with a 40 up and a 13" pitch prop. Something is definetly wrong !! Probably the motor itself...
