Prime fuel tanks

Hello,
I have boat with twin fuel injected engines that are feeding off of independent 75 gallon tanks. I have been trying to get fuel to come out of the fuel tanks is there any tricks to it the boat is on blocks on a hill with the stern low maybe 7 gallons is not enough to get to the pick up?

If this is your 5.0 GXI-E mentioned in other threads then; have you pre filled the fuel filter?

Also bleed the fuel rail by pressing in on the shrader valve
