price for a used zodiac cadet and engine

I saw an '07 Zodiac Cadet 310 S with an '07 Mercury 15 (tiller controls) for sale. The set up included a cover, and engine cart, and a push trailer for the boat. The trailer has four big tires that allow it to be pushed on sand to launch the boat from the beach (the trailer cannot be pulled by a car). The trailer is a manufactured product, but I can't remember the name.

The engine looked fairly new, so I don't think it got much use, but I don't know the hours. The boat is in good shape and seems to have been regularly covered.

Any ideas on a fair price for this rig?

The rest...About $300.00

That's market value in the U.S. It could be worth more or less depending on condition. The engine will keep it's value over the next few years. The boat's value will continue to drop down each year with it becoming worthless in five years.
