Noticable chill in the morning air means only one thing to me. Pretty soon the boating season in Ohio will be coming to an end .

Yep, I noticed in Ohio you are having nights in the 40's already..
I do not miss living up there!

We were out on the water yesterday.93 degrees but very low humidity.
Water temp was 83.....just perfect swimming weather.
A couple more weeks and the fish should be biting!

Our water temps got into the 90's this year...had a bunch of fish die.

It was so terribly hot this year that my boat stayed in the drive way until yesterday.

LOL, yeah we just fired up the furnace here, it's just getting a bit too cold. I even got my first cold of the year too.

I really need to move to the south...

The weather liars are saying it's going to be in the hi 80's low 90's with it dropping to the hi 60's at night around here. Still good to go for awhile.

About a month ago Lake Erie was showing 80's as a surface temp on the fish finder/depth reader, this past saturday it was 66. Not to mention the days are becoming really short. We have one more hurra tomorrow going from 68 to 86 then back to 68 we go. I'm not even thinking about firing up the furnace yet.

I think it will be a while before the furnace gets kicked on, but this weekend may be the last splash for my boat. From Octobor on its just a flip of a coin as to weather it will freeze at night or be 80 degrees. Its supposed to be in the 80s all week, and of course I have to work all week. By my next day off (saterday) its supposed to drop back down into the LOW 70s for a high.

1130 here and it is 102. still to hot and i dont want to go outside and work on the boat. cant wait for the winter, i mean cool season. when it is 65 outside then i will be motivated to work on the old tub.

High temp of 54 here yesterday. Right now 87 and climbing. Looks like Ohio warms up tomorrow.
