A friend of mine has a pair of circular mill blades sitting outside of a large workshop that he has. He used to rip his own lumber with them. Many times, I have looked at them and thought to myself, how much damage they could do in an instant.
My thoughts are with your friend for a speedy recovery and my thanks are directed to the folks that work with such equipment, on a daily basis. Its gets very easy to forget them, when we run down to the local lumber yard to pick up some "two bys" or other lumber products. It all looks so simple and neat on the shelves and we don't think about what it takes for them to get that way.
