call an auto parts store and see if they have em... or do a search online for the make of the regulator. i did a quick google and found some on ebay

if you buy a new one it should come with instructions on how to install.

there is no guarentee that yours is bad though. might do a google search for "how to test a voltage regulator" and find something... or someone here might be able to tell you how to check it.

oh, and you might want to start a new thread on the voltage reg... might get some more hits from people who would help you if your title fit your prob.
