power trim on 15/20hp models?

hi all, on the 15/20hp merc suzuki or yamaha 4 stroke does anyone know if the power tilt/trim is a true power trim I.e can you trim motor up and down while on a plane and while trying to get on a plane?

I do know that on the 30 HP Suzuki with a single ram trim it is true trim. You can trim at speed and tilt on the trailer or at rest.
