Power Steering reservoir

I have a 1984 Rinker 18' open bow with a Mercruiser 140 , 3.0 L, 4 Cylinder Engine. Does my boat have a Power steering reservoir? if so where is it located. i can't find it. thanks

If it has power steering the reservoir is on the pump. Not trying to be a smart as*, but does boat have power steering?
