Hey, would you be able to post a few of the interior and bow. I think yours may be similar to mine, and I'm thinking of painting my outside to be a seafoam green like yours.
Thanks,Sure ! The color is an automotive paint called, , "Atlas Green". The last photo will show how this paint almost, "glows in the dark!" !
I sure like the, "bow rail" on yours , wish I could find one !Thanks,
My 67 has a very similar interior. And I'm not much for the exterior color of mine. Yours is what is what I'm thinking.
Ha ! A well known fact, "They don't make them near as well as they used to ! "Bought new in ‘52 by my dad in Michigan. Still in family
Nice sled !After looking for years I picked up a 1974 16' SS. Been a long time looking but so happy I waited. The previous owner really took care of the boat.
I know of several with that engine. And I'm not selling here, was just asking for advice or opinions on the boat itself. Sold in less than 2 days. Was just wondering if I should have asked more.No iron dukes went into Starcraft boats, IIRC, No marine iron dukes.
Nice boat, good luck
Just remember there is no forum section for sales
Man, that was a beautiful boat. I agree the doghouses take up lots of space. Would have been a great candidate for a OB bracket conversion…I would love to have snapped that up (if I had room or time for another project)I know of several with that engine. Not officially sold yet. I LOVE this boat and am having serious second thoughts. Dude is coming by today and I am still very undecided on whether to sell or not, especially as nice as it is and at such a low price. Boating friend says I should have asked double and settled somewhere around $7000-$7500. REALLY going to miss this boat but also have a "gentleman's agreement" that if he sells it in the next few years I get first chance and at the same price he is paying. Sound reasonable?Man, that was a beautiful boat. I agree the doghouses take up lots of space. If you will regret it, don’t sell it. Maybe not regret about selling at a low price as much as regret letting it go in general, but that’s up to you. I don’t know your personal financial situ. I know that if it was me and I had an out that wasn’t unethical, I’d consider taking it.Not officially sold yet. I LOVE this boat and am having serious second thoughts.
