I just bought this 1996 221SS about a month ago. The dealer I bought it from said that they do a final inspection of all boats before they let them off the lot. While I appreciate that, it was 2 weeks before they could get it into the shop for inspection, then they found it needed a new flywheel and water pump. I am coming up on 4 weeks since my purchase and the kids are getting antsy! First boat ever for our family, so I am hopeful it turns out to be a good experience.
Just got this week. 18'2" 250 6 cylinder in/out. Would love to find an owners manual.
Here's my latest Craigslist acquisition. A 1958 Starcraft Constellation, with Gator trailer, and 75HP Evinrude Speedifour outboard I picked up for just $150 Trailer fenders are missing, but I have a pair off a late 50s Holsclaw trailer that should work.
Sounds like a plan[h=2]jbcurt00[/h] wanted to post an updated picture of the boat and a pic of the recently discovered model serial number decal
