Carbs cleaned to near perfection, new gaskets, needles, seats, floats.
New gas and oil.
New plugs.
.....same result

What annoys me the most is the only thing that was changed from when it ran to not was fixing the fuel pump leak. And changed orientation of the fuel manifold since VRO was removed. That's it :(

Fixed the VRO pump or the conventional $100 pump on the side of the top cylinder ?

Conventional pump.
It was leaking pretty bad. Re-seated the o-ring gasket and flipped the fuel manifold.
I did that with the manifold as I watched a video on the VRO conversion and it said to flip it. Seen that it wasnt done on mine so figured id take care of it while I was at it.
Carb bowls are filling up and the floats were properly adjusted.

I couldnt start it that day as by the time I was done it was dark af.
Next few days/week I was focused on getting that shift rod just right.

See post #10 ----That motor needs a rebuild.----Not practical if you have to pay a shop $100/ HR for this kind of work.
