I am surprised your trim gauge is powered with the ignition off. It shouldn't be. Will drain your battery.
I wouldn't worry about it. There will always be a voltage drop from the trim pump actuating. Ihad a case where I had a bad battery connection where operating my trim pump was dropping the voltage enough to my ignition that operating it cuased my engine to stall.
