HI FOLKS, thought I would introduce myself, new to the Mckee craft forum. I am in the process of restoring from the hull up an early 14' cat cay McKee. I hope this project stays under the cost of a new one. iT IS NOT BEING DONE FOR RESALE . It fits in my garage . I am in the market for a lot of parts. I am sanding and re-painting the hull this month, Will be adding a casting platform in rear with built in fuel tank and storage under, along with a small center consol. So far I have less than 100.00 in hull and trailer ( which I have already rebuilt. Will be in market for rebuilt or new 35/40 hp o/b. along with any original parts that any McKee owners are willing to part with. Can anyone suggest the the best type of topside PAINT TO USE .
