I'm con on some things and lib on some things, and yes i do support the war in Iraq, however i'm not sold on our applied methods when it comes to winning this war, it seems that once again we are winning all of the battles, but we may yet lose this war if the politicians get their way.

It isn't quite that simple. I don't think many of us wants war. In some cases it's necessary, or at least it's the only way we know of to get what we want. VN Vet

I hope those that continue to air our dirty laundry gets a good smell of it. I still feel that those that down talk our great country is going to be our downfall. When it happens, do ya think they will be allowed to air what they want then?

Really not a fair set of questions. I am both depending on the situation. Do I support the war in Iraq? I don't support any war however I support the actions of the United States and if it involves war... it does. I support the soldiers and my country with my heart and soul and hold many things close to my heart.<br /><br />I would if given the power would, declare victory, withdraw all the troops and resume bombing when needed..... We are in this for the long haul.<br /><br />I am a "era" veteran of Viet Nam, a veteran of the Grenada invasion (active participant), the first Gulf War and immeadiatly contacted the military after 9/11 to offer my services.<br /><br />I have to laugh at all the people that "threatened to move out of the USA" is this one got elected or if the USA did this or that.... they are all still here.

WoW!! Daily cos dot com best get it's insurgents mobilesed on this one...100%, both lib and con, have so far stated they are for the war in Iraq!<br />Let's watch, as they mobilise and drag-down the pole.

I had to choose conservative because if I analyze my belief system it is more conservative than liberal. Though I don't really consider myself either, I chose the category that closest fits me.<br /><br />While I don't agree with certain aspects of this war, I am a veteran, and I support my commander in chief as well as my fellow soldiers. Therefore I must support the war. It is my duty despite personal feelings.

tough choices. i'm strong liberal and strong conservative on a mix of different issues. i don't support our current administration of the war, but also don't think a complete pullout is right. guess all 4 choices apply.
