Wanting to know the point gap for a 1975 45hp chrysler outboard? think its the one with the alternater. How important is it to get the gap just right. mod#456hh.
Thanks
The proper gap and procedure could mean fire or not and good performance or not. I'll let the Pros take it from here. Otherwise, know the proper gap, is it set at TDC or BTDC and how to set the specs. Good Luck, Jow
