What plugs do you recommend for a 71 Evinrude 18 HP? I searched the threads and can't find anything so figured someone would have the answer. I just bought the motor and want to replace plugs.
Hi Utah. You'll want to use Champion J4C, or J6C plugs. I use the slightly hotter J6C in my 20hp without issue. They're nice if you do lots of low speed trolling, but either plugs is fine and you should be able to find them at almost any auto store.
