I did several searches without success to find the model and year of my boat. The weight, design and length is exactly what I wanted to find but dont know what it is.
Manufacturer MFG Boat on the plate, 13 feet long,
I am in the middle of complet restoration of transom, floor, and now the epoxy base paint.
If anyone has the slightest trace of this model, please share, it will be greatly appreciated IMG_2421.JPGIMG_2418.JPGIMG_2445.JPG

What does the paperwork say it is? Hope you registered in your name before you spent money or time on the restoration

Looks 'homemade' to me if you are having trouble registering. Looks like it will be fun. Any floatation? What is planned power?

Not only a receipt from the previous owner who started the work. He said he got this boat from an old gentleman who worked for Boat MFG which made molds for different companies like Alcan and Peterborought. This boat seems unique but is very professionally made like a 4-seater model of the Peterborought Jet-Star, but we don't see any resemblance with the more V-shaped hull than the Jet-Star.

I tried the boat with is original 40 hp very old Evinrude (172 pound) 2 cylinders, aluminum 14 pitch, 30 mph good but not enough. I already have a 2022 Tohatsu 60 hp 3 cylinders 4 strokes (213 pounds) with 17 pitch srd3 stanless powerteck propeler. Maybe I will need a higher pitch, and more rake. Sorry I am not supposed to talk engine in that post. But just to awser question. All good opinions are taken into consideration. Thanks

Yes the hull remind an hydrostream voodoo, but the top is a lot different. It look that the desingner was inspired from.

I did a search with the serial number of the hull and according to Transport Canada it was never registered, maybe because the original outbord was under 30 hp. The attendant told me to make a request with photos and all the information I can collect and write that it is a home made boat. According to him, It should be accepted

Not sure she’s a hydrostream, but a pic from the rear or of the rear underside of hull would give it away, if she was. Very distinctive around there. Wish to god, I could find one this side of the Atlantic. Dream boat for me.

You will see QBhoy that from the rear it is very different from a Hydrostream. Here are some additional photos. The project is far from finished but it is moving forwarIMG_2444.JPGIMG_2469.JPG
