Pertronics igniters intermediate starting

82 mercruiser 350 carberated repower new crate motor intermittent no start.seems to be ingnition related. I have 12 v to the coil at times and about 7 volts at another time it doesn't stay consistent I have ran out of ideas any help would be greatly appreciated

I have gone through all the usual. tested compression definitely are on number one on the firing on the compression stroke the motor started about three times and ran fine That tells me it's most likely an electrical problemi'm thinking maybe a weak spark anyone have any ideas?

Ayuh,..... My Guess is corroded wirin' connections,....... probably the Grounds,.....
