Was going to put a perko on my pontoon tonight and the directions say to use a battery with the same polarity i have on thats a 800 cranking amps and one thats 500 cranking will this be a problem or to i need to shell out for another battery?
Same polarity, not same cranking amps. You are fine continue on...... Polarity means neg, positive. Don't have a positive ground mixed with neg ground is what they mean.....
