How can you put a water pee tell tell on a 1970s 25 johnson?

Water needs to run to the exhaust cover on the side of the powerhead where the water tube will connect to. Why do you want to do that anyways?

the reason i need one is because i live in south louisiana and go thru a lot of nasty low water, with duck weed, grass and just back water places and i need to check the water flow with just a glance.

HI mtitan. Sure you can add a tell tale. There are several methods, but the easiest might be to add a 90 degree, nylon elbow to the t-stat housing and route a line out of the cowl pan. Scroll about half way down the link below to see how it's done.

hi , im a newbie when it comes to boats, but the above link is the best ive seen yet, ive fixed so much and i havent spent a dime yet. tomarrow i buy new condensers and should trollin by saturday. the info on these forums is priceless, thank you , its awsome!
