Paint type

I am going to repaint parts of my AD10M and also the gas tank..Would you please tell me what type of paint is used. I am assuming that it has to be a paint that is resistant to gas spillage. Not sure what rattle can type will work.

I used Duplicolor on my engine but then I cleared it with automotive 2 part clear from a spray gun but regular spray bomb clear should work too.

Your motor was painted with a Holiday Bronze. nymarine.ca has a nice selection of colors for these old classics. It's not cheap, but it's good paint and matches OEM quite nicely.
