I bought an old Johnson 1959 5.5 model cd-16
. I need to know the oil mix ratio, and does this motor ues a dule gas line to the fule cell?

1959 was the last year of the dual hose pressurized gas tank. Fuel mix is 16:1 or 24:1 depending on what list you are looking at. Stand by for arguements on that one. Let's just say you can't go wrong with 16:1.
