Saltwater is not hydracloric acid. A single use is not going to harm the motor. Flush the motor, and if you get some spray or drops on the block, hose it off. If you have extended saltwater use, don't forget to hit the grease fittings.

My outboard is 23 years old, with 1000 salt water hours, and I have never sprayed anything on my engine. Just flush after each use and grease the fitting yearly. A little seasoning (such as salt) is not your motors worst enemy.
