out drive wont lower

5.7 merc alpha2 O/D port side is stuck in the up position.. all i get is a loud click and nothing
starboard operates fine.

Trim motor my be stuck sometimes you can pull them apart and get the going manually oil the bendix and put them back together to solve this problem then silicone where the wires go in because this usaully is cased by water getting in an causing rust

It is the relay clicking
