That is for MPI engines, you can't squirt the fogging oil into the throttle body on them because of the pockets inside the manifold. The fogging oil never gets to the engine.
Depending on how long the layup is, fogging is unnecessary. If less than 3 - 4 months, don't bother (unless of course the engine has issues with water getting into the cylinders)
