OMC trolling motor

I have an older OMC trolling motor. The model is a BFL4TS. I need to get the prop off so that I can open it up and change the brushes. This is my first time working with this motor and I cannot get the prop off. It looks like it should have a pin holding it on, but I cannot find it. I am not sure what to do and I am looking for any ideas, hints or answers. Thanks for the help.

Remove the nut, push out the pin and pull the prop. The pin is looking at you when you remove the nut. Heres a picture.

There is not a nut on the end. The prop is on solid piece.

There is only two ways to hold a prop on. One is with a nut and the other with a cotter pin through the hub. Does it look like this one? Some motors have a rubber cap on the hub of the prop and pin will be under that. A picture of what you have would certainly
help.
