I have a four winns omc 4.3L entgine that is hard to start. When I first turn the key, nothing happens. A try it a few minutes later and the starter engages and the engine slowly starts. Sometimes the boat starts fine. Other times the boat has this issue. I just replaced the battery and still am having the same issue. Any ideas?
